Exercising 15 Minutes A Day Increases Life Expectancy By 3 Years!

Just 15 minutes, people! You can do it! We believe in you!
A new study has found that a little exercise can go a long way. 15 minutes of exercise a day can tack on an extra 3 years onto your lifespan!
Taiwanese researcher Dr. Chi-Pang Wen, lead author of the study with over 400,000 participants, said:
"The 30-minute a day for five or more days a week has been the golden rule for the last 15 years, but now we found even half that amount could be very beneficial. As we all feel, finding a slot of 15 minutes is much easier than finding a 30-minutes slot in most days of the week."
Patients in the 12 year study reported weekly exercise regimens and were placed in groups such as inactive, low, medium, high, or very high activity.
People in just the low exercise group, which consisted of 15 minutes of exercise per day, reduced their risk of dying from cancer by 10% and had a three-year longer life expectancy than the inactive group!
So how easy is working out for 15 minutes a day? Pretty easy!
I know I will be walking the boards tonight as part of my better than nothing exercise! HAHA!
